Calls, texts, emails and sends me mailers multiple times a month for various cars I no longer own. My daughter purchased a 2015 Sonata "that just came in" from Napleton Hyundai in Carmel, IN earlier this year. Saleswoman (Janae) pulled the carfax showing us how clean the report was. Promised us the car would be detailed, thoroughly checked out then delivered to her in a neighboring city (she's in college). The car arrived with horrible tires, a broken windshield and bad brakes. I sold and left a car to Napleton Honda in River Oaks a week ago. I was suppose to get the check for the price two days later when the accounts office opens. I have been calling them almost every day since then. I can only leave voice mails and no one calls me back. I would rate them 0 but rating starts with 1 star. They sold me acura 2016 with techonology package and I also paid for shipping. After receiving car i called dealership and no one will respond. Sales Manager Jon said too bad you did not receive driver 2 key. Jon said he will not look and he will not give second key. Don't ever buy a car from Napleton Clermont or get your vehicle repaired there. I bought a brand new car two years ago and have been complaining of issues with the car since that time and am always sent home being told nothing is wrong. One year into owning it I had to replace tires at 12,000 miles. It is now two years later and I had to replace the tires again. On Oct 5, 2018 I made an appointment for a simple oil change. I arrived a few minutes early and pulled into the garage of the service center. As I sat in my car, I was not greeted by a single member of your staff; however, I expected it. BBB should consider lowering the A+ rating. All the reviews for this store on your site are negative! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. Worst experience of my life. Car sold in poor condition, failed to report proof of insurance to proper parties, and altered my paperwork after I signed the purchase contract. 1) My car was not detailed.
