We have bought 4 vehicles total from this Dealership, and sent more than 5 other customers their way. Over 5 years later, the service and customer care has made a drastic decline. The manager Ray and Service Manager Tom are both full of their egos. They do not care about their customers. Even the employees admit that. Please please read these reviews...We are a 69 year old couple who traded in our Genesis and leased a new tuscon. In all of my 69 yrs I have NEVER had a more disappointing experience. I chose to use Napleton ******* of West Palm Beach because I know they’re a large dealership with a good review platform online. To my surprise, the salesman actually changed the price is the car during our paperwork process, before any fees, and said there was a typo in the system and that he can not honor the price. Where do I begin? Napelton Valley Hyundai in Aurora, IL service department is the worse in the country. I will NEVER do business with them again. I will also let everyone I come in contact with know about my horrible experience with them. They make broken promises constantly and all you get is I'm sorry this happened, what a joke! This place is ridiculous. Their service dept is a joke. You call and make a reservation and you get there and you have to explain everything over again. Then they tell you about hidden charges even though you may have a warranty. Don't bother complaining to management because all they say we're sorry. I literally had the service lady there tell me "Oh they just try to get you to come in here and spend money. Your car is fine and doesn't need service done." Screw this place. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Originally, the experience was ok. I was in the dealership way longer than expected but overall, it was ok. Then it went south. I received my title late which meant i was driving one exp tags. I tried to contact them for 2 weeks before my temp tag was up. It was impossible to get a live person on the phone and good luck trying to get a call back. I finally got the GM to figure out why I did not get my title on time. I thought my bank had it. Spoke with Ray (Ramon) in service about different projects I want done to my '16 JKU (which I also purchased here) and he mentioned having a guy in the shop that specializes in wranglers, so had them add a 2 inch leveling/lift kit and could not be happier! They also discovered a radiator leak underneath and called me with multiple options and got it all fixed and ready for me the same day. Thank you Ray, I'll see you soon for my next modification!
