Your dealership has the worst service dept. in PBC, northlake blvd, I brought my Handicap van there for a warranty item with the AC on Monday feb 25, now 5 days later I’m still waiting for the repair, I have been lied to, and getting the typical run around, I kept telling them I need this van back ASAP, with my son in a wheel chair, apparently they don’t care, if you are considering taking your vehicle to this dealership! If I could leave a zero, I would. Recently purchased a vehicle at the Napleton Kia of Carmel location. Salesman at first was very nice and easy to work with. When the vehicle was picked up is when the issues started. The vehicle was pulling HARD to the left, alerted the salesman and he said he didnt have any issues with that when he drove it. Do not understand how you can sell a car to a person saying the loan went through and take a down payment. Then two weeks later say it did not go through and nothing we can do about it. Never returning calls or refusing to talk to you when you are there. Something stinks at that dealership and not sure how legal they are.
I went to Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Clermont, Florida this past Tuesday 2/19/19 to look at a truck. Now while we couldn't reach an agreement on the monthly payment I left there satisfied knowing I could not get it. That same night received an email from a Bob ******** who is the supposed GM there with a great message to contact him so hopefully we could work out a deal. He's are quick story of these "Certified" vehicles Ed Napleton Acura claims to be selling. I recently got out of the Marine Corps and was going to buy my first car in over 5 years. I came into the dealership on Saturday to view a 2016 MDX. I test drove one vehicle and it wasn't what I was looking for. Purchased a used Honda Pilot on a Saturday, took the car to my mechanic the following week. They immediately found that the power steering rack was leaking from both ends and was a safety concern. I called the dealership thinking they must have missed this. I did not believe they could sell an unsafe used car. I'm embarrassed for Napleton Auto Group, as a company, that they would stand by this level of customer service. I brought my Jeep in on January 25th for a major repair. We were never offered a rental or dealer/ courtesy car until this last Friday the 8th. We didn't accept one last Friday b/c we were told it would be finished by the end of that day or Saturday and that didn't affect our job/school commutes so we passed on it. Received an email from Internet Sales Mgr who said it is, and that they are transparent with all their pricing and she outlined the vehicle price, Doc. Fee, transfer plate fee and sales tax. There should be a zero star choice. This dealer adds what they call a napleton experience package to all the vehicles they sell. Instead of explaining or selling the value of it first they just add it to the price of all the cars. To be specific the price of the package and name is added to their sheet under the price of the car but they hope you don't notice the extra cost. At this particular dealer they would not sell me the car without their package.
