Not very transparent in their gym membership 'specials'. My sales guy told me I had a one month membership trial when in fact is was for 15 days -- and in order to cancel my membership I have to pay $99. I'll admit, this is a very clever revenue generation strategy, but it's not customer service friendly. Since when do you have to cancel a 'trial' two weeks before the end of the trial? When I talked to customer service there was no service -- just a "sucks for you, now pay us" approach. Please, someone, make customer service... read more
Very warm and friendly staff. I love the classes....especially spin on Friday with Coco, Zumba on Wednesday at 7:00 pm, and Total Body Conditioning and Burn with Gloria. The instructors have great energy!
This is one of the best locations!! Front desk and instructors are friendly and nice.. I've gone here for more than a year!
