Just got over charged AGAIN.
YOU JUST CHARGED MY ACCOUNT WHEN GYMS ARE CLOSED. WHEN CAN I GET CREDITED IMMEDIATELY? WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT? HOW PATHETIC AR YOU FOR DOING THAT?
NYSC continues to charge monthly fees even while closed down.
They are charged my credit card for membership dues this month even though My membership is frozen
WSC should not have taken April membership fees from members. Desperate actions which is pitiful amid virus lockdown
Do not join this gym. They are thieves and charging membership during this pandemic. People are out of work as well as unable to use the gym. I’m canceling my membership and will join another gym, one that is honest and respects and cares about its members.
Replace broken equipment! Properly label the weights on the cable racks! I have been to clubs where you can't even decipher how much weight you're lifting because the labels are non existent! Furthermore it's completely unacceptable the club continues to charge people when gyms have been mandated to close! I would like my money refunded
You guys aren't freezing monthly dues during a pandemic when the gym, along with the majority of society is forced to close?! That's terrible.
RecommendedI find the trainers kind, friendly and very professional. Any issues have been dealt with professionally. To be honest, if I had not begun work with my personal trainer, Andrew, I would have been in bad shape today. My suggestion, is that we ask that all our $80 monthly dues be kept for the trainers when they get back, they will need and deserve, kind regards and stay well, Annie Steele
