Not only did Washington Sports Club lay off all of their staff members upon closing for the COVID-19 crisis, but they just charged all members April dues despite having been closed since mid-March and not re-opening again until at least April 30th. The CEO sent out a vague email about addressing account credits and membership upon re-opening, but they provided no details and have been impossible to contact. WSC is charging its members dues even though the gyms are closed and they fired all of their workers. They also make it almost impossible to cancel your membership.

WSC could improve by not lying about their prices. They repeatedly lied to my face about changes in rates and promised refunds. Crooks. Very shady business. Nice facilities though!

My home away from home saved my life. I've been a member since 2010 great staff and location.
There is no day that something isn’t out of service there. Please give better maintenance to the equipment.
