So to start, their customer service is the worst I have ever seen from any company ever. I wanted to cancel my membership and that meant I would have to pay an early termination fee, which would have saved me money rather than having to pay an annual fee and another outrageously high monthly membership fee. If the clubs are closed because of the COVID 19 pandemic and NOBODY can use facilities, why did you charge the credit card for April? That is very very lame
You need to just be better
The Gym has been closed for 2 weeks now but Im still getting charged on my credit card. There is also no valid e mail address to get in touch with somebody. Doesn't seem right?
WSC is charging its members dues even though the gyms are closed and they fired all of their workers. They also make it almost impossible to cancel your membership.

The fact that NYSC is still charging members during the coronavirus is a disgrace. I cannot get ahold of anyone at your organization to address this issue as well as the fact that my membership was randomly upgraded without my knowledge or consent and I am being charged a higher fee. Any suggestions from anyone reading this post greatly appreciated. This is completely unethical.
