I was charged April dues. Why do we not have the option to cancel or freeze our membership? There are many excellent customer focused fitness options in Philadelphia. PSC is not one of them. I will not be returning to this gym.
No one should ever belong to this place. They are failing their members and their employees.
They consistently over charge you more than your annual fee. I just put mine on hold last month and what do you know, I got charged. I am feeling really done with NYSC

CROOKS!!!!! stealing my money when closed due to virus and not allowing me to reach anybody about anything. THIS IS STEALING AND ILLEGAL
Not only did Washington Sports Club lay off all of their staff members upon closing for the COVID-19 crisis, but they just charged all members April dues despite having been closed since mid-March and not re-opening again until at least April 30th. The CEO sent out a vague email about addressing account credits and membership upon re-opening, but they provided no details and have been impossible to contact.
