Their website has been messed up for weeks now and no one seems to know how to fix log-ins so people can reserve classes. I like the gym but think they have poor customer service.
We need a clean please. The bath are so disgusting but I have no other gym to go to. But I will be looking very soon.. the front desk is rude and not friendly I just think need more help on a very thing special on cleaning.. and more working machines..
Warning: Do NOT join this sports club unless you do not mind other members wasting your time by texting with cell phones when you are waiting to use the machine. Management has posted signs that say: "Cell phone use is permitted in designated areas" (whatever that means) ... despite these signs, at any given point in time half of the machines are standing still because people are on them and texting ... VERY ANNOYING Management DO YOUR JOB !!!
