Fix broken items in a reasonable period of time.
This gym has the worst customer service. I gave notice to cancel my account more than 5 weeks ago and the account manager continues to be unresponsive to calls and emails. I continue to be charged with no end in sight and certainly no refunds for these charges. Club manager is unresponsive, too. Stay far away.
Most of the equipment was either broken or not working properly. The gym doesn't have hot water and will be out for a few more days.
