Yes I was in D.C yesterday to pick my mother up to bring her back to South Carolina ..But a family member change her mind and said South Carolina is the country and u would be home all by ur self.
I went to WSC in person 3 times before leaving the country to cancel my membership. I was told each time that I would have to come back because a manager was not in at the time. When I looked into cancelling a month before I left,I was told that I could cancel "anytime", but apparently not true. The other option was to send a letter requesting a cancellation with proof of moving, which I sent a month ago and am still being charged. This place is a total rip off. This gym is full of shit! They are liars and trained con artists. I've been trying to cancel my month to month membership since April with Brian (an employee) over the phone what he told me was a bunch of bullshit. I was also told that they would put these so called notes on my account for cancellation but was never checked by management. I've also spoken to Keith one of the managers and made it crystal clear that I wanted the membership cancelled. Really enjoy this gym. It's very clean, the layout is great, the equipment works, and the spa area is amazing. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful and there is a great selection of classes.
