They stole my money from my bank account Very disappointed of this place
It wasn't a good experience at ALL. The equipment needs to be updated. I was a guest and my family member has guests passes but after one visit you have to pay $15.00 there after so the other guest passes are useless. Being as tho I am already member of LA FITNESS which is always a excellent experience. This gym in this location is HORRIBLE. I was ready to leave after being there for 15 minutes. The list of amenities is great, but maintenance is poor. I've raised several safety issues with poorly maintained equipment and they have yet to address it. Most of the ellipticals are missing grips and are generally in a poor state of repair. Many of the benches have tears and several cannot be adjusted. Most of the machines do not have proper pins. Considering how much the gym costs, this is inexcusable.
Membership too expensive. Paid for the trial membership, one week later I was hit with the monthly fee, 15 days later I was hit with an annual fee. They are the closest option to my house or I would definitely go elsewhere. Definitely overcharging for the mediocre facility that they offer.
Why is everything always broken? Wires snap and machines stay that way for weeks. Right now several of the machines are missing the connectors and are now sitting useless.
I love this location. I go in the late mornings so it's never too packed and the staff is also great. I can actually get my full workout done on time!
