I took my 2016 Golf in this morning for a (very slightly) noisy power window; this is indicative of eventual failure and I had only 1000 miles left on the factory warranty. Service Consultant SAL SALINAS was extremely helpful in diagnosis and replacement of the window regulator, which avoided a significant inconvenience & cost to me. I received an oil change discount, and both tasks were completed in his time estimate. Excellent service!
