I did not buy my VW form Kearny Mesa. BUT... I really like their Service Center. The Reps have always been positive and helpful. They keep you informed along the way of where your car is, they bring to your attention any possible issues. This Team is very good. I definitely would recommend them and I definitely will be back

It was my first visit after I took my moms car when she passed. It was a great experience and they gave me a lift home and picked me up when it was ready. I am very pleased with the service.

John is a good service manager but his staff don’t follow through. I asked for the inside windows to be cleaned as they were working inside the SUV and when I got into the car they didn’t clean any windows.
I always love coming here! Great service, honesty every time and I do enjoy sticking around in the customer lounge to get work done. I’ve never felt like any charges were hidden or pressured into anything. I’m a small business owner and don’t always have the funds to do all of the things needed at once. And they always understand. Says a lot that I drive from Murrieta to continue working with the Kearny Mesa Team. And always will.
Service Dept. and Armando went above and beyond to take care of repairs to my car. I’m more than satisfied with the professionalism and expertise shown by Armando and his crew!
The best Volkswagen dealer!! We came in late and everyone stayed late to help us out. They did everything they could to get our apr down. Seriously top notch service!
