I scheduled an appointment online and selected several different services I wanted them to perform on my vehicle. When I arrived I mentioned that I had an appointment. None of that mattered, because I had to tell them why I brought in my vehicle. No problem. I thought maybe after looking me up in the system it would show my appointment and the services I had selected online. Nope.
