Everytime I bring my vehicle in (every 10k miles) this dealership suggests the same repairs, air filter and cabin filter. They charge $60 each to replace and the owners manual suggest that these be replaced every 40k miles not every 10. Either I have the worst filter luck in the world or they are changing me to replace them and not doing it. All my driving is highway, I'm not driving on any dirt roads or off roading in my jetta so I'm confused on why they constantly suggest replacing these same parts. Be aware of what you're... read more
First visit to KM Volkswagen service department. Sal was excellent from the moment I drove up, calling me on status, to walking me out the door at pick-up of my serviced and clean Jetta. Very happy customer!

First time buying from KM VW. Shopped online with my bank car buying service. Steven gave me a call back within an hour gave me info about the vehicle. I told him that am on my way, upon arrival he immediately have the car ready for me to test drive and within 2 hours I was out the door with the Tiguan driving home. Fast Easy transaction .. the waiting area is clean and nice ! like other european dealers coffee and water are always available. 4 stars reserving the other star for my first service visit !!

They are very reasonably priced and have very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Best service in San Diego, been to others and they screwed me around and didnt help me with my warranty issues and charged me just to look at my car, these guys are awesome, very nice clean waiting room parts center and service area. Highly recommended!
