Came in unannounced for an oil change and tire rotation. Said would take 2 hrs. Took a little an hour. People are nice and comfortable lounge area as well. Nice folks.
I am not good posting so here goes. Great job on my vw. Loved the waiting area. Starbucks coffee and cookies. Magazines to read and they check up on you about every twenty minutes or so to let you know what is going on. 😀Virginia
I took my GTI in for service and waited in the comfy lobby, free wi-fi, good coffee, tea, filtered water and cookies. While waiting, I looked at the fixed TDI's they have back in stock. I talked to Daniel V. and even made an appointment for my husband to come in and see the car. We decided to stay with the GTI. Daniel was so helpful, courteous and extremely professional. VW is having a HUGE 4th of July sale going on right now. Go see Daniel V. nice and professional!
This is the place for all things VW. Sure you could get a VW at another VW in SD BUT you would not get the top notch service and attention you get here.
I took my car in for service yesterday and service is always on point. April is my service advisor and she had a line of customers when I arrived. Being a Saturday I was already expecting to wait. I didn't have to wait at all. The service manager greeted me and had another service advisor write up my repair order. I can see the teamwork going in this dealership. Oil change and alignment completed. I was amazed to get out in reasonable time. I will be back for more services.
I purchased my car from KM VW a little over three years ago and to this date, they have NEVER disappointed!!! The service dept. makes a huge effort to keep me in the loop every step of the way and promptly advises me if any unexpected issues arise. When I "pass" on a service, they respect my wishes and give me a straight up time line of how long I can safely postpone a repair without the use of high pressure sales tactics. I donno if Volkswagen makes the best cars in the world but this dealership definitely thinks they are the only car dealer in the whole universe, lol sorry that you think I cannot afford a volkswagen, although I have only owned Range Rover, Audi and BMW before :D
