Took my car in to get serviced and left having no clue what was done. I was charged for services not even performed. Spoke with Stella on multiple occasions, who was rude and short and as I tried to confirm what services were done on the "Fall Special" she says everything and there were no problems. Went to pick up car and saw mechanics notes saying tires weren't rotated and other services that weren't completed. Called manager, and never heard back. They overlooked 2 nails in the tire and literally a month later, still can'... read more

The many times I've been to VW dealers, I could always count on their staff being a notch above the rest. Not the case here. They had 0 interest in letting me test drive a car. I wanted to test drive a used model of a car that is only available as a special order. Sales person said because I wasn't going to buy the used one, there was no point in driving it. They lost the opportunity to sell us our 8th VW. #volkswagen #vw
I absolutely love KMVW. Service is the best there! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Steve is always so friendly and does a great job getting my Passat back on the road in tip top shape! All the sales people are friendly and go overboard to help get you in the car you want! I love KMVW!!!❤️❤️
