This is my first time buying a car from a dealership, so it’s safe to say I was nervous about the buying process. Also I had experiences with sellers trying to sell me whatever and not listening to my wants and needs- which caused me to just walk off the lot... not here though! The staff was super friendly, listened to my questions and concerns and they weren’t pushy at all! Francisco was super patient and helpful throughout the process. I can only recommend VW Kearny Mesa!!

Despite having a service "appointment" my car wasn't touched for 5 hours. Worst car service I have had to deal with in my life.

I would like a call back from the manager Taylor, who I purchased my 2017 Jetta from after the nightmare TDI buy back. He promised he'd "take care of everything" if I came into his dealership to get a new car and he did take care of me that day. But now come time for my first oil change a year later, I am being told I opted out of the two year service package. Even though I told him keep everything I had on the TDI re: warranty, service packages, gap etc. I had the 2 year service package on my TDI and wanted it on this vehic... read more
