RecommendedThe staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful- service is prompt and everything is well explained! The best part is that their service center is open on Sundays as well- and they have a large selection on new and used Volkswagen to look around while waiting (although a very good shuttle service is available if one prefers a lift home within 10 miles during service).

It took over 3 hrs for an oil change I would rather pay double to go somewhere else that is faster

I’m super impressed! I scheduled a same day appointment but the work I needed done would require me to leave it overnight. I returned the next morning and they provided me a loaner for a couple of days which was a relief. The price was GREAT for all I had done and the mechanics did an amazing job. Reggie from Service Department assisted me and was extremely helpful, Super supportive of Military and was wonderful to work with. Thank you!

I took my Passat for its 40k servicing. Armando was a great service consultant. I felt the servicing was bit expensive, however I believe it was worth. Armando tried to accomodate all my requests, made sure I authorize all the recommended repairs and overall got me a discount because the parts arrived a day later. Overall get experience from their service team. I am certainly going back to this dealership for next servicing.
Jesus was my sales guy and he was amazing! Everyone was awesome. They even helped keep my kids busy. Thanks guys.
