Normally you’d expect a back and forth negotiation on price when buying a car. This was not the case at Volkswagen at Kearny Mesa. I asked for a price discount which I know they offer on lower trims as a special to draw customers in and they gave it to me for the higher trim without hesitation. All the time, I felt really taken care of by Rico and Danny of Sales. It was quick and pleasant, and signing docs at Finance with Trey was a breeze. Jesus Machado was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. The staff remembered our names from a previous visit the day before and greeted us by name. Excellent customer service.
Armando was very honest, friendly and helpful. He tried his best to keep the cost down and kept me informed of changes and updates.
Everyone was very kind and helpfully. But Gustavo Padilla and Daniel were the ones that made it possible. But Best part was that Gustavo was VERY patient and kind with my little ones and even sang baby shark w them! and explain every little detail about my brand new Volkswagen Atlas.
