Very upset and disappointed with this dealership... I initially called to cancel gap protection sent in paper work that I received from a representative at vw kearny mesa.. Received a refund. Comes to find out the representative sent me the wrong paper work and cancelled my car warranty. I called & notified the dealership of THERE mistake. They cancelled something I did NOT ask to be canceled. I spoke with general manager he did not want too fix his employee mistake after I offered to give the money back for there mistake.
