Excellent service experience. This is was my first time at Kearny Mesa VW, and will return for future service of my vehicle.
After two mechanics gave me off the wall quotes and ideas about what was wrong with my vehicle, We took it to the dealership expecting to pay an arm and a leg. Instead we got a throttle body, a recalled part repair and an oil change for the cost of just the oil change... I don’t know how they worked their magic but they were kind and professional and had my car done in two days!
Armando Bernal was very helpful will getting my car’s services done and answered all my questions.
Took me in on a Saturday. Trumping a following week appointment out of my concern over driving with a lite that had gone on 80 miles previously. Addressed all concerns of moving parts. Next visit to figure out how to open upper box above glove box. Latch jammed in closed position. Need my few things enclosed therein
My Service Advisor Sal was terrific. He kept me informed of the issue they found and that it would be covered under warranty but just as importantly he made sure that I had transportation if they needed to keep my car later than anticipated before proceeding. I was very impressed with their service.
I had a bent rim for my Passat 2017. I went to VW Kearny Mesa on Sunday afternoon, and talked to Kai about my situation. He responded quickly and had a new rim installed and alignment of 4 tire plus updating software within 1 and half hours! Recommend VW Kearny Mesa very much:)
