As a car enthusiast, dealer experiences aren’t always the best. But VW Kearny Mesa stands out from the crowd and is helping get rid of the age old stereotypes. I’ve been coming here for almost 5-6 years on and off. I live in OC now but still come down. They always perform only the services I ask for while I wait, and treat me with respect without taking advantage of my wallet or forcing you to do any extra services. I was very impressed with the service here. My EPC light came on while driving to work. I called VW Kearney Mesa and they were able to get me in right away. Issue was fixed and I was able to pick up the car shortly after work. Thank you Gina for getting me in so quickly and Bob in the Service Dept. for keeping me informed and getting the car fixed so quickly. Also, the car was washed and vacuumed which was a really nice perk!
Sal went out of his way to care for my aging 04 Treg and accommodate my ususual schedule. They found problems and were realistic about the solutions and listened to my concerns. This is a rareish car and I can only trust the VW dealers to fix it right.
