Had a recall on the passenger side airbag actuator of my 2006 Mustang convertible. The work was excellent, but now I notice that the passenger side window does not go down unless I hold the window switch down on the door. The driver side window still works correctly in that when I push the convertible top switch, the driver side window goes down automatically. I suspect the computer has to be reset to get the passenger window to function correctly again.

Good Afternoon Gus! Thank you for the constructive review and 5-star rating. On occasion, it is possible for the 1-touch window feature to need to be reset after the battery has been disconnected. Try rolling the window all of the way down, then rolling it back up, non-stop, and holding the button up for 15 seconds. This will usually reset it. Otherwise, please feel free to bring your Mustang back in and we can look into the issue a bit more in detail. Thank you again!

What a great experience! After my local Ford dealership tried to give me the shaft (wrong diagnosis), I took my Flex to Oxnard Vista Ford. They took the time to go over it & fix all the little problems with my car including an intermittent problem that was nearly impossible to duplicate. I love this place & I think you will too.
