Their customer service has gone downhill. They do good work but keeping up the updates on your car repairs is horrible and keep you waiting when you have an appointment.
Very satisfied so far with my purchase of a Ford Ranger pickup. Salesman Ash was pleasant and more importantly a no pressure person. Finance person a nice guy as well. There are a lot of features on this small truck. If you’re older, it will take some time to figure them out.
Thanks to Ash for great, responsive, friendly service all the way through the deal, and Justin for cranking out the paperwork and good stories.

Great staff from serv to sales and leasing
Worst service I have ever gotten at a car dealership! Drop your car off for an appointment and they keep your car for multiple days before they even touch it to figure out what is wrong with it then give no explanation to what is going on besides need to order parts!!!No offer for a rental car, no offer to help figure it out! No help at all really! Would never recommend!!

Purchased a new 150 super crew last week, friendly atmosphere,the salesman David Wyckoff was a strait talker with a no pressure sales approach and Xavier was very helpful with the final paperwork. I recommend them as my experience was not stressful and they were willing to work with me.
