This is the first dealership which I have to service my new car. service guys have been straight up, and always to the point. This is like my 20th car so I have a lot of experience with dealers and dealerships.
I leased a Ford Focus in May of 2016 which was totaled on October 23, 2017 in a hit and run accident. I reached out to David Wyckoff who was the salesman that I dealt with before. We set up an appointment for November 4, 2017. The process was simple and easy, was only there for a few hours. I love in long beach and go out of my way to this dealership because they do great business there. Very happy with my new lease of a 2017 Ford Fiesta.

In Nov 2016 the a/c in my Expedition worked intermittently. I took it to Vista in Nov 22 in the am then got a call in the pm saying they were unable to find the cause and to return when the a/c is not working. Tried numerous times to take vehicle to Vista but the a/c would start to work so home I went. On Aug 10 I returned to Vista and the a/c was not working. They diagnosed the problem while I was there.
