Very helpful and professional service. They bend over backward to take care of their customers.
Made a appointment a week in advance to have the front tires changed on my work truck. When I arrived (9:30am) they told me they had not ordered the tires yet. So my truck sat at the dealer til around 4pm when they started changing the tires. So lost an entire day of use with the truck. Left the truck over night, came in the next morning and they hadn't even washed it or anything. Service guy see's me, hands me the key and says "here man" and walks off. Poor customer service. Took my ford fiesta in for repairs.. advice. the online scheduling system dosent work and when i made an appt on line only to show up not knowing the online system dosent interact with service advisors.. showed up and made another appt.. at Appt time worked with Service Advisor who started out not very friendly and not strong communicating progress.. Cars was ready later than promised but car was detailed and washed. only to find greasy hand prints on inside drivers door.. Take the good with the bad I guess..
