The service department is completely disorganized and incompetent. If your repairs require a dealership it would be in your best interest to find a different one.

Just took my car in for service. Have been coming in for over 10 years and the service is getting worse every time. Their customer service is non existent. You go to check in (with an appointment) and the Vista customer service reps are on their phones and don’t even make eye contact with you, have an attitude like you’re bothering/interrupting them. Their service department is the worst. They lack communication when dealing with your vehicle. Their quick service department is anything but quick. Supposedly you don’t need an appointment for quick lane service, but in reality you do need an appointment otherwise your ford vehicle won’t be serviced. Seriously vista needs to get its act together.
