Very honest and reliable dealership. We just leased our 2nd vehicle from Vista and drove over 2 hours just to do it there. If you want a Lincoln or Ford this is the best place in all of SoCal!

Was left standing for nearly 4 minutes with no recognition! Was told I had to wait for lady because man was leaving!!! Well 3 customers at least and 40 minutes later he was still there!! Just felt disrespected! I was told I would need a $600 tune-up, also brakes, don't know how much that'll cost me. I'm working on 75 years and know when I'm being disrespected and BS'ed! I had a very professional experience when I went in with a blown tire. It was covered by my warranty. There was an issue about the sensor, but it was resolved to my satisfaction. The service manager solved the issue, and I am completely satisfied with their service.
The service was excellent. Fortunately, I had an extended warranty, so I got a complimentary rental car right away. I was pleased to see that my car had been washed when I picked it up. Peter kept me informed of the status of repairs, which I appreciated.
