Was talked into a Lease when our First Ford Escape was a lemon with multiple recalls on it. Saw Advertising for great incentives so we went to trade lease in early because of the small mileage allowed, only to find the new lease payment sky high and we were given little credit towards the new lease. Terrible to almost non existent incentives towards the new lease. We walked out. Will finish out the lease and probably look at another car company for our next vehicle. Too bad, I have enjoyed this car...
After 2 horrible experiences at another ford dealer this week I was lucky find Vista Ford. Kevin Monosco was a breath of fresh air and took care of our issue in a few hours. The other dealer needed a week to even trouble shoot the issue. Thank you Kevin and see you for service on both our cars in the future.
