I think the overall level of service has greatly improved now that Kevin Cantrell is managing the service department.
Had an appointment yesterday at 10:30am for The Works and wash. Everyone was nice and the service was done quickly. I even learned how to change the battery in my "switch blade" key.
Bought my Ford Flex there yesterday and had the best salesman named Vino. His great customer service was part of the reason I purchased. The finance manager Lou made us a great deal we could not refuse. Best car dealership I've been to.

Everyone is so friendly and nice. I went for a oil change and they check everything and rotate tires and also wash and vacuum my vehicle. I know I can take it somewhere else for a few dollar less but I love my Flex and want to be sure that it is taken care of . Vista Ford was so good to me when I purchased the vehicle that I want to go back as they are all so good to me.
