Just picked up a new F-250 a few days ago. Janet, Chris and Justin were great. No pressure. They understood what I wanted when I first walked in and they worked with me to get me where I wanted to be. As far as the service department goes, I have never had any problems with them and I have been there many times over the years. I need to take the F-250 in for a recall that came out the day after I bought it (NO FAULT OF VISTA) and the Fusion in 2 days later for a recall. Horrible horrible customer service! I brought my van in yesterday as their ad said no appointment necessary, I was told it would be a 3 hour wait before they could even start on it so I made an appoint ment for today, I arrived at the appointed time and now have been sitting here for 3 hours no end in sight avoid this place like the plague, service people rude
Excellent customer service and staff. Luis Carmona made sure we got the best deal possible, very personable and not pushy at all, in fact he was the reason we went back after looking at several other dealers and purchased our Ford Escape from Vista Ford Oxnard. Very happy with our purchase.
