I called to get the price of an eye exam without insurance and was told it was $89. I booked an appointment and was later informed the price was actually $125 even though their automated system is still saying 89. Extremely deceptive. Glad I found out before actually going to the appointment

I bought a pair of Prescribed safety glasses on 12/29/22 from store # *** in *****, **. The store associate told me that hey would arrive on 1/19/23 and that I would receive a call or text when they were delivered to the store. That never happened, so on 1/23/23 I went into the store to check the status and was told that the glasses were never made due to the fact the frames were not available. I was really upset because no one called me to let me know this. The associate never apologized, only said " you can just order anot... read more

They tried to change my contacts from weekly to daily to get more money. I wasn't able to order the contacts I have been wearing for years and years.

Over two years ago, the office provided an in-person American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter as an accommodation that went seamlessly for everyone involved.A few weeks ago, I made another request for my annual appointment; the office indicated that they would provide Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) instead of an in-person ASL interpreter. I explained that this particular accommodation wouldn't work for me for several reasons. I scheduled an appointment on line went to the store in **** at the Delco Plaza location and I wasnt in the book. There was no apology just told I would have to reschedule. Another appointment was made for me.
