Do NOT go to Vision works. They totally screwed up my prescription and didnt want to fix it. As soon as I picked up my glasses and put them on I knew they were wrong and associate argued with me.

GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!Went in for a 50% off sale.After picking frames for a regular glasses and a sunglass frame, both progressive lenses.The technician said the cost was $859....ok then 50% off...right?Nope...$859 was 50% off.!!! $1,718!!TOTAL rip off company....especially for seniors.Shop around....SHAME on Visionworks!

I would leave 0 stars, if I had the option. This place is TERRIBLE. Seriously... AVOID. All I wanted to do, was order contact lenses. The employee, *******, was the worst person EVER to deal with. She was rude and ****** off sounding, demanded my credit card info, without any explanation of what I was being charged. Then I was abruptly put on hold for about 20 minutes... At this point I was a bit worried. I ended up calling them back. She refused to give me an order #, a confirmation #, a tracking #. I had paid over $200 for... read more

I wont give one star to this store because I have never had such problems with anyone and terrible, awful service I had with Visionworks at the Garden City location. On February 17th 2023, I was waiting for an 1 hours to be accepted and they told glasses ll be ready in two weeks. After 10 days (on February 27th 2023) I called them to know my order status.
