I have tried several eye glass places. Americas best. Optical outlets. All garbage. Finally said let me give the big boys a try. Exam which was not five in 10 minutes but about 45 minutes. Examined each eye seperate. Big props for that. Got glasses 10 days later. ******* clear. I can see the difference when I read or drive. Very professional as well. My new go to place each year. Even though they are expensive. Worth the price imo.

I called to schedule an eye exam since I am deaf. The manager (Krista) refused to provide a sign language interpreter. According to American Disability Act, the provider must provide an interpreter for equal accessibility. I will never go back to Visionworks again as you all can see how poor their services are per their reviews and not provide equality.

I called to schedule an eye exam since I am deaf. The manager (Krista) refused to provide a sign language interpreter. Horrific Services. They still haven't reimbursed me & the *************** has me waiting because one refused to assist me claiming she was going home, but never left. She jumped to help others & filing away glasses. Will never returned. Even a consumer noted her head when the visionworks employee refused to help me. My credit refund was promised & nothing. Stay away from this lousy place.

We were treated extremely poorly. Waited over 70 minutes to see a virtual doctor and then remained there over 2 hours both for the first appt and contact recheck follow up. We witnessed an employee named Yara roll her eyes behind customers backs, mouth inappropriate words about customers and she told us to go somewhere else for an appointment next time. May be violent privacy laws. Ask patients person medical history in front of other patients and customers. Also one rep ***** get off her **** to talk to people she just scooted her chair the person she needed to talk. Once I was done the same rep was on her personal ph flipping glasses with some pliers. I have contacted vision and advise them of this how ever when I went back nothing changed. This matter needs to be taken seriously.
