For the last 3 years I have been going to South Florida Vision. This year, due to their lack of professionalism, I decided not to go there anymore So, I went to Vision Works and the difference was huge. They were very professional and took care of my needs immediately and I had my exam and eyeglasses in about 1 week. No hassle, no mistakes, no long waits.

Money down the drain. They couldnt adjust them after several attempts. I immediately found a crack. Had to buy instant insurance for repairs!! And they still dont fit well with no input from them to rectify the situation. I went for just frames today, with coupon. Girl says its impossible to put same lenses into new frames! Thats incorrect. Ive had it done at the former eye clinic!!!

This Company is the BEST Ive had and Ive been wearing Glasses 60 Years? The manager ***** was Superb as were her others Workers! Will continue to use VisionWorks FOREVER! The Prices were UnReal! Thanks for good Service!

Worst service I am a foreigner comes to use the service. I pay for glasses good products. When I found that the product had a problem, needed help, but the staff spoke to me like annoying her . like I'm stupid, Claiming that the staff has 16 years of experience, even I did not ask about work experience, I just want to fix the problem with the product, I received the product for only 2 days. Misquoted eligibility date for new frame even after double checking. Went in after date to be told it was even further out. Asked if I could pick frames and call back with payment on eligible date. They said they would call and if they didn't reach me call again. First call happened but I wasn't available.
