May be violent privacy laws. Ask patients person medical history in front of other patients and customers. Also one rep ***** get off her **** to talk to people she just scooted her chair the person she needed to talk. Once I was done the same rep was on her personal ph flipping glasses with some pliers. I have contacted vision and advise them of this how ever when I went back nothing changed. This matter needs to be taken seriously.

I lost one lens from my reading glasses that I purchased from Vision Works a year ago. Right away they told me I had to replace both lenses because the lab wouldn't do just one lens. They searched my prescription, which is very insignificant as I usually read without glasses, and told me it was going to be very expensive.
