I am very pleased with service and the recommendations ****** and ***** gave us. After a very long time walking into store like this, I felt welcomed, and they are willing and happy to help us. Even though we had to pay extra couple hundred for our glasses because of the insurance issues, I would rather go to this place and pay extra than any other place. Oh and the doctor he was wonderful with full of sense of humor, love him. Thank you ***** & ****** for the great experience.

If I could review this place with no stars I would. I am sickened by the way I was treated by this employee named ***** He is a tall and very very heavy man that works there. The first day I came in he was working with a customer and this man walked past him and **** said in this loud demanding voice," don't you hear me talking to you?" He said this to a grown man. By far one of the worst experiences at an eye doctor. This Optometrist is pushing Vuity eye drop prescriptions as a way to pad her appointments with unnecessary exams.. The initial exam took me almost 2 hours, with an appt. After less than a just a month she refused to refill my prescription demanding I come for dilation, which they had told me initially was unnecessary if I paid extra for an alternative exam, which I did. Absolutely horrible place to get anything! I have a very high prescription ordered contacts and they never told me they were on back order. so now my trials are now expired and I have no contacts or back up glasses Every time I called to asked was given a run around. Until I call corporate office to then find out they was on back order then was told I would get a call back from The regional manager but that has also yet to happen and I have realized they did not charge me properly on my contacts that I was supposed to get a ... read more

Oh my gosh where do I start i have gone three time to this one location and they cannot seem to get the glass prescription right never bothered to check if I could read distance with the glasses .I could not read distance and then the receptionist said I could have a health problem with my eyes im sick of there excuses they do not know there **** from there elbow my eyes are perfectly healthy she is not a dr she should have not said that

No one answers the telephone and bots are useless. People sometimes just want plain customer service. Been on hold day after day for times exceeding 3.5 hours and still no human to talk to.

Visionworks overcharged me in 2019 by $100. They did discover it and made it right with the insurance comoany as to what they charged them but didnt with the customer. It was only 3 years later that someone mentioned that it cost me $100 more last time. Apparently, they filed out of network and the insurance denied it. They corrected it and the insurance paid their portion. I had made an evening appointment at the ****, ** location. Something came up in which I had to reschedule. I went to my confirmation email and hit the reschedule button. It took me to the calendar in which I selected the same day and wanted to see if they had an earlier time. There was a 12 oclock appointment available. I selected it filled out my form and got a confirmation. I just went to go to my *************************************************** the system.
