Dump Had to wait until the day before to move in for "cleaning" but the apartment was trashed upon move in. Broken lights, holes in walls, ant colony in the fridge. Flies everywhere. Surprised there's not a dead body under the couch.

Horrible Place My son was supposed to move in the day before his classes at NCSU and his apartment was disgusting. It had not been cleaned. There was till bathwater in one of the tubs, food stuck on the stove, liquid and food in the refrigerator, mold underneath one of the sinks. Beware...the pictures lie. We are seeking legal action.

Management and Maintenance Issues Stayed at this complex June and July. The property is advertised with a beautiful pool. For the entire two months the pool was not open. After repeated conversations, I was given all types of different responses as to why the pool was not open including the state still needed to inspect the pool. Oddly the pool in the complex next door was open. Considering the oppressive heat during these months, it was very disappointing. The management did nothing to rectify the situation or even pro rate... read more

Worst Apartment Complex in Raleigh The rent may be cheaper here but it's not worth it. I have lived here for a year now and hated every minute of it. The management is horrible and the office staff is nice but not helpful at all. I signed a lease in November 2015 with the move in date of August 2016. I was told that they were renovating the entire property and that when I moved in I would be in an apartment with all new appliances, furniture, countertops and flooring. Well me and my roommates weren't allowed to move in until... read more

DON'T This is the worst place to live. We constantly have trash in our hallways and it smells horrible with people taking days to take care of it. Maintenance takes forever to respond to your requests, we went 2 months without air. The fixtures are cheap and they will charge you for them, our furniture literally fell apart months after moving in. Also, there are numerous roaches and other bugs that will continuously show up.

Hate it here My apartment was dirty upon move in, there are paint splatters on the floor from the renovations that won't come off and we found cigarettes on the floor of the bathroom. There are many issues with the apartment itself, there is a hole in the ceiling in the kitchen and most of the tile is cracked and lose. Maintenance takes over 2 months to come and they will often mark things as fixed when they are not. The grounds of the apartment are filthy, there is vomit, dog poop, and garbage everywhere. The complex also h... read more

Love the Vie A little rough around the edges at first but the new staff and renovations are worth the stay. They are working hard to change the community, things just take time. THE GYM IS ON FLEEK!!!

Excellent Place to Live My name is Joshua Clark and the @VieAtRaleigh is a great place to live, very college friendly. The staff is very nice and accommodating, always having events going on, just a wonderful atmosphere. The rent is great, and includes water, electricity, internet, cable, and trash take out. I am so glad I stumbled upon this place

Paying Parent 2016-2017 school year, students were not allowed to move in until the day before classes started in mid August, but were required to pay full month's rent in August. The staff was trained to use word play to explain it away, but the bottom line is, the students were swindled out of a half's months rent. The apartment was filthy upon move in, including a heavy layer of dust on the popcorn ceiling. New appliances were ok, but dishwasher continued to overflow. Have had several maintenance issues since that were re... read more
