Literally terrible If you enjoy having gunshots outside your window, management constantly coming into your apartment because they don't trust their residents for more than a week, and terrible water pressure in your shower, then this is the place for you! However, if any of that sounds terriblw do not live here. I have been a resident for years and it is awful.. It used to be tolerable because the rent was super cheap, but that is changing and now I would discourage anyone from living here
Do not live here!!!! First, I'm certain 4-5 star reviews on this site are written by bots or employees. Just look at the language, no one actually talks like that. My biggest complaint is all the garbage lying all over the place for months at a time. I'm not talking around the garbage bins instead of in them. I mean in the hallways, all over the parking lot, even completely full trash bags rotting on tree branches. Noise and safety is another huge issue. I hear gun shots about once a month. Don't live here This is the most invasive, fine happy, incompetently managed apartment complex I've ever lived in. They tried to tell me I had to pay a full months rent for August but couldn't move in until the 16th. They'll enter your apartment any time they want regardless as to whether you want them there, they can't seem to do anything from mail to maintenance in a timely manner, and they look for any excuse to fine you into oblivion. Why should you move to wolf creek? Well for starters, the rent is very affordable, cable & internet included, its furnished! For a person like myself it works for me. I've been living here almost a month an I must say it's pretty laid back
Decent for first starter students The cheapest you will find in Raleigh. Not so bad living in phase 1 for a year and they are pretty good at coming out when you have a maintaince problem.
Wolf creek apartments Since I've moved in the staff here at wolf creek have been very helpful. I needed my carpet cleaned and they had someone come in very quickly. They have been very attentive when I call about anything.
Good Ole Hillsborough Street This is a great place to live if you're a student, All surrounding colleges are less than a mile from you and the nightlife is amazing, If you know Raleigh then you know Hillsborough is the place to be day or night, and the luxury of living on Hillsborough street makes it that much better. Its one of the safest complexes in the Raleigh which is great because they have a police officer that lives in each housing section which makes it that much safer, it may mess up your party but hey your safe!
