Don't Regret a Year of Living Here Summary: Spend the extra $50-$100/month to live somewhere else. I've lived here for 3 years and I have nothing good to say about VIE except for the price, which they just raised an absurd amount. Garbage Type in vie at Raleigh shootings in the search bar. Yes, shootings plural. If you don’t like killing bugs every other day it’s not for you. Some of them move really fast and only come out at dark. This apartment is livable. Nothing to get excited about. I filled out clean in common areas and my roommates definitely don’t match that description. Good luck on your apartment search!
Dangerous, Disgusting & A Waste of Money All of the good reviews must surely be from the leasing people. This place is horrible. I'm a student at NC State and I was hoping for a moderately safe & priced apartment that was spacious. Yeah, the rooms might be spacious but this is so far from safe. While we lived here, there were so many shootings that we couldn't count them on one hand. A man died the first week we moved in from a shooting, and I heard about ANOTHER shooting just now. Absolutely the WORST apt complex you could choose I had an absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE living at the Vie at Raleigh for 8 months, and it was a direct result of the terrible management. In addition to the fact that the units themselves sub-par are not cleaned before move-in, the staff there has a complete disregard for their residents satisfaction. Terrible I’d give them no stars if I could. It’s a terribly managed complex and everyone at the front desk has no helpful information when you go there. They are trying to renovate and are jacking up to ridiculous rates. My a/c went out in the middle of summer and it took them almost two weeks to fix what needed up just being a blown capacitor. Our garbage disposal was broken for over a year and after numerous work requests they finally fixed it. Save your money and live literally anywhere else.
Dangerous and in poor condition There has been multiple violent crimes here. Brown outs or black outs on a monthly basis. You can do better.
The best in raleigh Vie is the best in raleigh. ive loved every minute and its even better becuase i can ride the free shuttle.
