Verified Renter Great location and space for the price. I’m less than 10 minutes from Centennial Campus and extremely close to any kind of shopping, parks. Would recommend leasing here to anyone.

Verified Renter I would not recommend this apartment at its current price. It needs a lot of improvement To make it worth the price. Staff did what they could and while there were mistakes it seemed also due to a lack of staff which is not their fault. Some of the issues were cosmetic and just disappointing, while others are legitimate health/safety concerns. Despite the “renovation” there is a lot of work to be done.
Verified Renter This is a cheap apartment for a reason. They have no communication with there residents. It's been a year of being a grey star company and nothing has improved. They are so worried about exterior looks that they forget to care for there current residence.
Verified Renter Greystar is a terrible company that will raise your rent under the guise of "community improvements", changing things that don't need to be fixed while ignoring the actual issues with the community. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Amenities are amazing Very good place to live. Wonderful amenities including the gym,pool, and lounge area. Great place to live if you have a dog! Ample space to take walks within the community. Very convenient location to campus.
DO NOT LIVE HERE NOT LIVE AT THE PROPER OR ANY GREYSTAR PROPERTY. This place is an awful place to live. I moved in and the place was filthy took me 2 days to clean everything. I thought the dirty apartment would be the least of my worries. Cars are getting broken into all around the complex. There is trash all in the stairwells. The apartment placed me with someone with two cats when I listed I have a cat allergy. To "solve" the problem I will have to move out AGAIN and go through the stressful moving process. Verified Renter I think this place can be one of the best options if you are sensitive to the price of rent. Staffs are friendly, amenities are good enough to enjoy, and it's not far from the NC State campus.
Awful living conditions Where do I start? I'm an NC State student and I was lured in by the beautiful show apartment, clean pool, nice amenities and friendly staff. I am aware of the building's history but since I was promised that the management had changed and everything had been nicely updated, I signed a lease for a 3x3 apartment for my friends and I.
