Excellent Place to Live My name is Joshua Clark and the @VieAtRaleigh is a great place to live, very college friendly. The staff is very nice and accommodating, always having events going on, just a wonderful atmosphere. The rent is great, and includes water, electricity, internet, cable, and trash take out. I am so glad I stumbled upon this place
Paying Parent 2016-2017 school year, students were not allowed to move in until the day before classes started in mid August, but were required to pay full month's rent in August. The staff was trained to use word play to explain it away, but the bottom line is, the students were swindled out of a half's months rent. The apartment was filthy upon move in, including a heavy layer of dust on the popcorn ceiling. New appliances were ok, but dishwasher continued to overflow. Qu'Ron Hall Merica is a amazing worker who make sure she take care of her customers. When I come in and talk to her she make feel at home and want to be apart of theses Apartments. I'm happy to have her help.
Viraleigh Love the people work in office always nice and take care of tenant perfectly and very profecional and never had problem With Maintenance group always be there and take care of problems all together they are 5 stars community.
Love it !! I love this place so much! The people are so nice. The area is amazing and the apartments are breathtaking. Perfect.

Stay away! The apartments are filthy on move in day. You call for maintenance and you wait days if not weeks. Kitchen sink was clogged and we called it stayed clogged for well over a week. I saw a roach at least 2 inches long in my roommates room. I had a pet visiting me and I got a 500 dollar fine - would not even work with me or listen to me. If I could turn back time I would stay in a nice place and pay the extra and get rid of some headaches. I strongly suggest you come and view the premises and you will see all the tras... read more
Don't Rent Here Recent 2016 renovations that they are claiming cost millions of dollars aren't reflected. All they have done is upgrade appliances and flooring which was years passed due. I've rented for almost three years and the customer service and maintenance and repair of the building is terrible. The so called renovations have actually awaken all the bugs that are hidden because I see more bugs in my apartment now then before since the renovation. I've now found a much better place to live. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST Never I REPEAT NEVER live here. I know it's cheap but it's really not worth the suffering. They practically force you to renew by backing you into a corner. And if you DO decide to leave they practically make it impossible. I had to find a subleaser and pay a 300 dollar fine. Which I really shouldn't have because they forced me to renew by telling me I could keep my rent the same rate (yes they raise they're rates 100$ every year and the rent varies person to person). Worst experience ever This is the worst experience I've ever had .maintenance comes into your apartment every single week sometimes without notice .They lowered the water pressure since I've moved in due to high water usage. Once your in a lease your pretty much stuck due to the requirements of the sublease which is the only option .
