Vie at Raleigh Vie at Raleigh has been my home since March of 2019. The employees have assisted me in my living needs allowing me to remain independent. I cannot thank each of them enough, and look forward to on ongoing relationship. I wholly recommend Vie at Raleigh!
Not Worth It The office seems pretty nice, but the apartments are terrible. I moved in mid-August and there were loose tiles in the kitchen, the ceiling fan was messed up and my bathroom door would not close. After submitting my move in survey, they came in and said they fixed all the problems, however, I had to resubmit a work order because the fan was still messed up and the tiles were definitely not fixed. Finally, they came in and fixed the fan and during that time said that they had ordered parts for the kitchen floor. ... read more
Good Vibes The people here care about what they do and the people that live here.
The community is HUGE! I loved living at Vie because it in itself was like a small town. I had friends in every building, we’d all meet up after work or class and play board games or vibe out with music. The WiFi made doing my work seamless because signal was everywhere. The gym and the trainers are awesome too, I took the free classes and it not only changed my body but my mindset as well. A Grandmothers approval - Excellent place to live for a student My granddaughter lived here for a year and she loved it! Very affordable. The area is safe place to live. The amenities are endless. The apartment and bed rooms are spacious and you can lock your room doors. If there are issues that need taken of, maintenance is on it. They get it fixed by all means possible. 2 years here and still extending I have lived here for about two years. As of any complex there will always be issues, some small, some large. I find the staff to be quite exceptional. Everyone down at the office knows me on a first name basis. Even to my surprise, even staff I haven't met before already know who I am. Don't Regret a Year of Living Here Summary: Spend the extra $50-$100/month to live somewhere else. I've lived here for 3 years and I have nothing good to say about VIE except for the price, which they just raised an absurd amount. Garbage Type in vie at Raleigh shootings in the search bar. Yes, shootings plural. If you don’t like killing bugs every other day it’s not for you. Some of them move really fast and only come out at dark. This apartment is livable. Nothing to get excited about. I filled out clean in common areas and my roommates definitely don’t match that description. Good luck on your apartment search!
