Don't live here This is the most invasive, fine happy, incompetently managed apartment complex I've ever lived in. They tried to tell me I had to pay a full months rent for August but couldn't move in until the 16th. They'll enter your apartment any time they want regardless as to whether you want them there, they can't seem to do anything from mail to maintenance in a timely manner, and they look for any excuse to fine you into oblivion. Why should you move to wolf creek? Well for starters, the rent is very affordable, cable & internet included, its furnished! For a person like myself it works for me. I've been living here almost a month an I must say it's pretty laid back
Decent for first starter students The cheapest you will find in Raleigh. Not so bad living in phase 1 for a year and they are pretty good at coming out when you have a maintaince problem.
Wolf creek apartments Since I've moved in the staff here at wolf creek have been very helpful. I needed my carpet cleaned and they had someone come in very quickly. They have been very attentive when I call about anything.
Good Ole Hillsborough Street This is a great place to live if you're a student, All surrounding colleges are less than a mile from you and the nightlife is amazing, If you know Raleigh then you know Hillsborough is the place to be day or night, and the luxury of living on Hillsborough street makes it that much better. Its one of the safest complexes in the Raleigh which is great because they have a police officer that lives in each housing section which makes it that much safer, it may mess up your party but hey your safe!
