Verified Renter We had a rough start to moving in due to getting leased an apartment that wasn’t move-in ready yet so the day we got the keys we had to be moved to a different unit in a different building. Throughout the bit of chaos with having to switch the utilities and renters insurance over to a different address, the front office took very good care of us and created some leniency during the transition due to the circumstances! Verified Renter I have to move soon and it is not very easy to get out of the lease. When we moved in we asked, and thought it was 30 days notice. It's not. . . well it may be but you have to pay 4 months worth of rent to get out.
