Verified Renter We are new to the community. The amenities are awesome. Looking forward to community events and fun activities 403 has to offer. Thus far, I really wish the stairs leading up to my apartment could be kept a bit cleaner. Besides that, everything is going good so far.
Verified Renter Apartment is nice and cozy however there is a good amount of bugs along with us. I like how we have our own bathrooms and the outdoor amenities are a great plus.
Verified Renter Positives: Amenities are great, staff is nice and apartments are spacious. Negatives: The breezeways and stairs don’t get cleaned often (if at all). Creepy crawlies get into the apartment easily no matter how clean you are or how often you request exterminators. I’m not sure if it’s just due to the building being old or not.
