Verified Renter 403 West is an amazing apartment community! The atmosphere, amenities, and management have all exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely recommend anyone looking for a great place to live to check it out!
Verified Renter So far it has been a wonderful transition. There are couple of things that need fixing but overall we love it here. I worked at the business center last week, used the printer and the computer. Wonderful and comfortable work area with free coffee.
Verified Renter A lot of issues since moving in such as, roach problem, dish washer out of order, toilets keep running water continuously, bathroom sink don't drain properly, apartment was not clean, only some ac vents work, windows leak air, amongst other things. They do have some good trash policies and amenities such as, playground, decent gym, pool, nice hangout area with grills, multiple sports courts. The staff is helpful and decent.
Verified Renter I really love this place. The apartment, amenities, neighbors, location and environment make me feel so happy. I started to live here since last year and I don’t regret about it.
Verified Renter I’m not living there just yet, but everyone that I have met has been nothing short of nice and a great help to my fiancé and I. We look forward to fully living there and can’t wait to get on the pickle ball court and met some of our new neighbors!

Verified Renter Everything has been great so far. The staff are friendly, the maintenance team is great also. The amenities are wonderful; I use the gym regularly and I love the lounge chairs outside where you can get some sun and enjoy the scenery.

Verified Renter The environment is alright, there are some issues in the apartment, in terms of fit and finish and maintainance wise. The office and recreation area definitly gives a better outlook than the actual residence.
