I'm not sure what I can say about other VAU teams but the one we had was amazing. They worked really hard for us and answered any questions we had. There were also additional fixes that needed to be made on the house and they helped us through that as well.
The loan team was with me every step of the way and in constant communication. They honestly made my (first time) home buying experience very quick and easy. I can not recommend them enough!!
