We received an unsolicited email about a home loan for which we did not apply. It seems like it might be a marketing scam, since they indicated the email was sent in error. Error or not, I will never do business with Veterans United Home Loans.

I had an outstanding experience that got me into my home, so my only feedback is set the expectation that the appraisal will more then likely not meet the deadline so 30 days close is a challenge that will not happen.
I sometimes worry about those home buyers that choose other groups to handle their VA There is no way they are as good as VUHL. Its impossible. Our family has used Veterans United for several and refinance packages. All of them extremely successful. This is the one stop place for all VA needs.
Veterans United is hands down the best mortgage company to work with. All of their staff is amazing, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Every step is laid out clearly and easily. Not only do they do the best job when it comes to loan processing, they also provide a home buying concierge who helps with everything from insurance to finding movers and setting up utilities.
