Received Unsolicited Text message claiming I had visited their website in March to let me know that the mortgage rates had increased since the last time I visited their website. During my homebuying process I had two other companies trying to win my business but VU was the best. The customer service was excellent, they were flexible and willing to go outside of the box, and their process was simple. Someone is always available and they follow through with their promises.
