Veterans united and the Real Estate Agent were fantastic. I only had a problem with the ************** ****** ***** dropped the ball twice by not asking for a Land Survey in a timely fashion and didn't obtain all of the seller documents on time. This caused my closing to delay and cost me an additional $2,000. Other than that this experience was great.
Easy, smooth, and least stressful way to buy a home. Veterans United was flexible and helpful, accommodating my awkward work schedule. Everyone was knowledgeable and organized. There were no mistakes and hiccups that delayed the process. Will be using them in the future.
I lost $2000 messing with these unprofessional, lying, crooks! They approved me for $30000 more than requested and the jerked me around over and over again until I did not want to do any business with them, causing me to lose my ******* money and money spent on inspections. I had 20 percent down, they wait until 2days before the second closing date this put this on us and when we don't agree, tell us they are not financing, then 24 hours later call us back after attempting to seek other financing, we're going to do it. Amazing experience with Veterans United. Being a big company I thought I might not get the same customer service from smaller companies however, that was not the case at all.
