The professionalism, communication, and accountability was lacking within my home loan team. Honesty and transparency should be used at all times.But, I had a loan officer try to manipulate the situation and me, so they would not be held accountable for their poor work performance.My experience with ***** was fine until the last week leading up to settlement. The team provided an initial closing date 60 days out. We were able to pull that date back to left by 15 days. We completed all paperwork with authorization to close within 30 days, and my actual closing date was within 45 days of beginning the process.
